For orders in Poland, local postal services including Poczta Post or Inpost will be used.

For EU orders, DPD or Poczta Polska will be used

For international Orders, available postal services will be used.

Products can be returned once received. Product must be in the original package, not opened, not used. Shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.

If an item has been returned and it is not in the original package, it is opened or used, customer will not be refunded and customer will pay the shipping fee for the item to be returned back to them.

Orders will be reshipped if returned to us due to customer error. Reshipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not exchange items

Once an order is made, it can’t be cancelled. We kindly ask you to review your cart before making a purchase.

Orders returned in the original package, not opened and not used can be refunded if returned only within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
